Terms and Conditions Use of the vip33 Platform

1 Acceptance of Terms of Use

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you as a member and vip33 as the platform operator. This document takes effect as soon as you complete the account registration process or as soon as you begin using any services provided by vip33.

Your continued use of the vip33 platform following any amendments to these Terms and Conditions is deemed acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review this document periodically to ensure you are always aware of the latest applicable terms.

2 Membership Eligibility

To qualify as a vip33 member and fully use our services, you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:

• Aged at least 18 years of age or the age required under the gambling laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside, whichever is higher.
• Registering using your own true identity and not representing or acting on behalf of another individual.
• Not currently prohibited from using online gambling services under the laws of the country or jurisdiction in which you reside.
• Never previously banned or had an account suspended by vip33 for any breach of terms.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into this binding agreement.

3 Registration & Account Management

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at vip33 at any one time. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the termination of all associated accounts along with the freezing of funds.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including:

• Full name as shown on your official identification document (MyKad or passport)
• Exact date of birth
• An active email address that belongs to you
• A valid and active mobile number registered in Malaysia
• Bank account number or e-wallet for transaction purposes

Process Know Your Customer (KYC) is part of vip33's standard security procedures. You may be asked to upload a copy of your identification document, bank statement, or proof of address before your first withdrawal is approved. This is a protective measure for the security of your own account.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal of Funds

Vip33 supports a variety of deposit and withdrawal methods popular among users in Malaysia, including FPX bank transfers, local e-wallets, and other methods listed in the Finance section of the platform.

Deposit Requirements:

• The minimum deposit is RM 10 for most payment methods.
• All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in the same name as the vip33 account holder.
• Vip33 does not accept deposits from third parties, third-party credit cards, or any unlisted payment methods.
• Funds will be credited to your account immediately upon confirmation of the transaction.

Withdrawal Requirements:

• The minimum withdrawal is RM 30 per transaction.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name.
• Your first withdrawal requires completed KYC verification before it can be processed.
• Withdrawal processing time is within 10 minutes to 24 hours depending on the selected method and the time the request is submitted.
• Vip33 reserves the right to request additional supporting documents before approving large withdrawals for verification purposes.

5 Bonuses, Promotions & Rewards

Vip33 offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions for members, including a welcome bonus, reload bonuses, weekly cashback, birthday bonuses, and VIP programme rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated on the relevant promotions page.

General Bonus Terms:

• Each bonus has a rollover requirements that must be met before the associated wins can be withdrawn.
• Rollover is calculated based on the bonus amount received, not the deposit amount. The exact rollover rate is stated in each promotion's terms.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per eligible promotion unless stated otherwise.
• Using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus constitutes fraud and will result in account termination.
• Vip33 reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotion without prior notice under certain circumstances.

6 Game Rules & Wagering

All games offered on vip33 use a Random Number Generator (RNG) system that has been audited and certified by independent third-party bodies. Game fairness is our priority and we have zero tolerance for any attempt to manipulate the system.

• Game results generated by the system are final and binding unless there is clear evidence of a technical fault that affected the outcome.
• In the event of a technical disruption during a game, vip33 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered funds to the member's account.
• The use of any automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or other technical methods to gain an unfair advantage in games is strictly prohibited.
• Bets placed after the outcome is known — whether directly or indirectly — are invalid and will be voided without compensation.

7 Member Conduct & Responsibilities

Vip33 members are expected to conduct themselves in a responsible and respectful manner that does not disrupt other users' experience or the integrity of the platform. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Fraud, identity impersonation, or providing false information to vip33
• Using an account for money laundering or illegal fund transfers
• Attempting to hack, attack, or disrupt vip33's technical infrastructure
• Abusive language, threats, or harassment directed at support staff or other members
• Sharing account login credentials with another person
• Making false claims or unfounded complaints against vip33

Violation of any of the above rules may result in a warning, temporary suspension, or permanent account termination depending on the severity of the breach.

8 Account Security & Protection

You are solely responsible for keeping your account login credentials secure, including your username, password, and two-factor authentication code. vip33 will never ask for your password through any communication channel.

• Use a strong and unique password that is not used for any other online account.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for an added layer of security on your account.
• Do not log in to your vip33 account over public Wi-Fi or on a shared device.
• Report immediately to our support team if you suspect any unauthorized activity on your account.

9 Account Suspension & Termination

Vip33 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a member's account at any time for reasons including but not limited to:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities
• Failure to complete the KYC process within the stipulated timeframe
• Legal rulings or directives from the relevant authorities
• Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months

Members are also entitled to close their own account at any time by contacting our support team. Any remaining valid funds will be returned to the registered payment method once all applicable rollover requirements have been met and there are no outstanding disputes.

10 vip33 Liability Limit

Vip33 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to keep the platform running without interruption at all times, we cannot guarantee a service entirely free from technical disruptions, downtime, or errors.

• Vip33 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses suffered by members.
• Our liability in any claim shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by the member in the 30 days prior to the claim.
• We are not liable for service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, such as natural disasters, internet infrastructure failures, or government directives.

11 Responsible Gaming

Vip33 is fully committed to responsible gaming. We believe that wagering should be an enjoyable leisure activity, not a source of financial or emotional stress. To that end, we provide a range of self-control tools to help our members play within healthy limits:

• Daily/Weekly/Monthly Deposit Limit — Set a maximum deposit limit based on what you can afford

• Temporary Self-Exclusion — Take a break from the platform for 24 hours to 30 days

12 Terms Amendments & Enforcement

These Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising from or relating to the use of the vip33 platform shall first be resolved through voluntary negotiation between both parties before being referred to an appropriate dispute resolution body.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be reinterpreted or severed without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
